On your own server
Installed directly on the institution's (your own) server. It works without an internet connection, so it can run on closed networks. We provide an installation script, an offline installation bundle and a web setup wizard, and the license key is verified inside the server without internet.
Updates without service interruption
Editing and deploying answers or tone never stops the chatbot. Automated validation before deployment, and one-step rollback if something goes wrong. We also make every effort to apply engine and security updates without interruption, and if a short maintenance window is needed in some cases, we notify you in advance.

The right to use the software — answer engine, operator admin screen, institution dashboard, website widget, tone settings and installer are all included, along with one admin training session (video call). Installation is charged separately under ⑤ Installation. Choose a tier by server size, concurrent users and document volume. The answer content (questions and answers built from your materials) is created in ③ Initial tuning.
The license key is verified inside the server without internet. The chatbot doesn't stop when maintenance ends. We also change the bot name and logo shown on answers to your own (e.g. "○○ District Helper"). White label (institution name · logo · colors) can be configured on every tier, and hiding 'Powered by narubot™' is provided with a white-label license.
